EQUINE LABORER

Responsibilities

• Support the Equine Maintenance Department with a variety of tasks.
• Adhere to all Indiana Grand Racing & Casino service and operating standards.
• Clean all necessary areas for backside track.
• Ensure all cleanliness standards are met.
• Maintain restroom facilities.
• Perform trash removal and other related duties.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Experience in cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to obtain an Indiana Horse Racing Commission License.
• Must be available to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
