Epoxy & Concrete Flooring (Crew & Foremen)

Location: Anoka, MN • Full-Time • Entry Level to Experienced

Pay

$21 – $31/hour (based on experience) + hourly job bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Install premium polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard-surface flooring.
• Operate heavy-duty prep and polishing equipment safely.
• Work with your crew to meet daily production targets.
• Keep safety as the #1 priority on every job site.

Requirements

• Background in concrete polishing, epoxy, or urethane flooring is highly valued.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and a competitive spirit.
• Must be willing to travel.
