About the Role

The company offers a full‑time position in Dallas, TX for entry‑level to experienced crew members and foremen in epoxy and concrete flooring.

Pay

Base pay starts at $19 per hour and can increase to $21–$31 per hour depending on experience, plus hourly job bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Install premium polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and other hard‑surface flooring.
• Operate heavy‑duty preparation and polishing equipment safely.
• Work with the crew to meet or exceed daily production targets.
• Maintain safety as the top priority on every job site.

Requirements

• Experience in concrete polishing, epoxy, or urethane flooring is highly valued.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and a competitive spirit.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
