Pay
$19/hr and up, based on experience, with a range of $21–$31/hr + extra hourly bonuses paid out by the job.

Responsibilities
- Install premium polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring
- Operate heavy-duty prep and polishing equipment safely
- Work collaboratively with your crew to meet daily production targets
- Prioritize safety on every job site
Qualifications
- Experience in concrete polishing, epoxy, or urethane flooring is highly valued
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and a competitive spirit
- Willingness to travel
