Responsibilities

• Install premium polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring.
• Operate heavy-duty prep and polishing equipment safely.
• Work collaboratively with your crew to meet and exceed daily production targets.
• Prioritize safety on every job site.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Background in concrete polishing, epoxy, or urethane flooring is highly valued.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and a competitive spirit.
