We are seeking a Director of Epidemiology Pipeline with expertise in Virology Clinical Trials to provide scientific leadership and oversight. Key Responsibilities Include Serving as a scientific resource for management and cross-functional teams, offering expertise in epidemiology and clinical trial design.Supporting business development by developing proposals, bid defenses, and capability presentations.Providing scientific oversight of projects to ensure timelines, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction are met or exceeded.Leading the development and peer-review of essential study documents, including protocols, case report forms, and analysis plans.Maintaining knowledge of clinical guidelines, research models, and regulatory expectations; developing training to enhance organizational expertise.Building organizational capacity by improving scientific and operational processes, including remote monitoring and data management strategies.Collaborating across teams to develop new business opportunities and improve efficiency, cost management, and adherence to best practices.Fostering relationships with sponsors, thought-leaders, and investigators, and representing the organization at industry events.Leading authorship of scientific publications and presentations to promote organizational capabilities. Qualifications Include Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, or related field (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).Deep knowledge of study designs, especially post-marketing and late-phase trials, with familiarity of guidelines.Basic proficiency in statistical programming languages (e.g., SAS, R, Python).Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and team skills.Experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Virology Clinical Trials.
