Epidemiology Pipeline Director (TA - Virology)

Role Overview: The Director of Epidemiology Pipeline (TA - Virology) is a senior scientific expert responsible for providing epidemiological and clinical trial expertise in virology. Key Responsibilities Serve as a scientific resource for management, supporting business development, project proposals, and capabilities presentations.Provide scientific oversight for selected projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction are met or exceeded.Coordinate with project teams on study start-up and management, including developing and reviewing study documents like protocols, CRFs, and reports.Maintain expertise in clinical and epidemiological guidelines, research models, and regulatory standards; develop relevant training.Enhance organizational processes for remote monitoring, regulatory documentation, and integrated technology solutions.Support business growth in post-marketing safety and risk management, developing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.Build relationships with sponsors, thought leaders, and investigators; contribute to scientific publications and presentations. Qualifications & Skills Subject matter expert in Virology Clinical Trials.Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health (Masters preferred, Doctorate ideal).In-depth knowledge of study designs, post-marketing, and late-phase research; familiarity with guidelines.Basic proficiency in statistical programming languages (SAS, R, Python).Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and teamwork skills.
