About the role
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing organization seeking a driven Epicor Technical Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support across hardware, software, ERP, and user accounts
- Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets with speed and professionalism
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems and applications
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including account setup and permissions
- Document issues, resolutions, and processes clearly
- Escalate complex issues when needed
Epicor ERP Specialization (Growth Path)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Epicor ERP issues across modules
- Support dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, and reporting needs
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand and improve business processes
- Train end users and enhance ERP adoption across the organization
- Aid with system upgrades, testing, and implementations
- Maintain documentation for workflows, processes, and support procedures
- Collaborate with vendors and developers on enhancements and fixes
Ongoing Impact
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance and user experience
- Contribute to IT initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Deliver a high level of customer service and communication
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
- 2+ years of hands-on Epicor ERP experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and business applications
- Understanding of core business processes (finance, operations, inventory, etc.)
- Experience working with ticketing systems and documentation
Skills
- Nice-to-have: Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Nice-to-have: Exposure to SQL, C#, or Crystal Reports
- Nice-to-have: ERP customization, reporting, or workflow experience
Benefits
Budget: $75,000-$95,000 annually
