We are seeking an Epicor Technical Specialist to join our team at Yazoo Mills, Inc. in New Oxford, PA. Founded over 120 years ago, Yazoo Mills is a leading manufacturer of high-quality paper tubes and cores, serving various industries including converting, labeling, printing, packaging, and more.

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot complex Epicor issues across modules to identify root causes.
• Provide functional end user support for Epicor including dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, customizations.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand and develop business processes, internal controls, and system needs.
• Provide training on Epicor to end users.
• Aid in testing, upgrades, and implementations.
• Create and maintain documentation for Epicor processes, workflows, and support procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and developers on issue resolution and enhancements.
• Serve as a backup resource for helpdesk support as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and user experience.
• Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and communication with end users.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ Epicor ERP experience, specifically with 10.2 and Kinetic.
• SQL, C# and Crystal Reports reporting experience.
• Expert Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.
• Understanding of business processes (finance, operations, inventory, etc.).
• Manufacturing environment experience is preferred.
• Experience with ticketing systems and documentation practices.
