Responsibilities
- Provide day to day Epicor Kinetic ERP support, troubleshoot system issues, and assist end users
- Gather business requirements, implement system updates, and configure modules to improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and Epicor best practice guidance
- Monitor system performance, usage, and data integrity while collaborating with internal IT teams and external vendors
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands on Epicor Kinetic experience supporting, configuring, and optimizing the ERP system
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment while collaborating effectively with local and remote teams
- Experience supporting end users, process improvements, and day to day ERP operations in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
