Epicor Kinetic Help Desk Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an ERP Support Specialist to join our team and serve as a key point of contact for internal users of our Epicor ERP system. This role is focused on providing front-line support, gathering issue details, and partnering closely with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of system-related requests.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees experiencing issues or needing support within the Epicor ERP system
• Gather detailed information from users to clearly define issues, requests, or system needs
• Troubleshoot basic ERP questions and escalate more complex issues to the technical team
• Track and document all support requests, ensuring timely follow-up and communication
• Partner with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
• Aid in user training and provide guidance on best practices within Epicor
• Help maintain clear documentation and support materials for end users
• Build strong relationships with departments across the organization to better understand business needs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Epicor Kinetic
• Strong understanding of Epicor functionality and how it supports business processes
• Experience in a support, help desk, or user-facing role
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to gather information and explain solutions clearly
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests at once
• Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
