What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network systems
- Support and troubleshoot Epicor ERP across multiple departments
- Manage Microsoft 365 and Active Directory user accounts and permissions
- Afford assistance with reports, dashboards, BAQs, data integrity, and system improvements
- Support shop floor technology, barcode scanners, manufacturing terminals, and production workstations
- Help drive operational efficiency through technology and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience supporting Epicor ERP
- Day-to-day support for Epicor ERP users across manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, quality, engineering, finance, and shipping departments
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate resolution with internal stakeholders and external vendors when necessary
- Afford assistance with Epicor transactions, reports, dashboards, BAQs (Business Activity Queries), and system navigation
- Create and maintain Epicor user documentation and training materials
- Maintain system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Afford assistance with data integrity, validation, imports, and report generation
