About the role

Location: San Diego, CA 92121. Duration: 6+ months. Our client is looking for an Epic Willow Inventory Specialist for a 6+month project in California. Epic Willow Inventory Specialist/Senior Analyst Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Epic Willow Inpatient Specialist to join our dynamic team to implement Epic Inventory across our hospitals and clinics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy systems, specifically with certifications and experience in Epic Willow Inpatient and Epic Willow Inpatient Inventory. This role demands a professional who can seamlessly integrate with our Scripps IS team and operational partners.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Willow Inpatient Certification.
• Willow Inpatient Inventory Certification.
• Proven track record of successful go-live events for Willow Inpatient Inventory.

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on experience with 340B program compliance and optimization.
• Experience with Omnicell or Pyxis automated dispensing cabinets and Epic integration.
• Familiarity with Swisslog BoxPicker Epic integration.
• General ledger integration.
• Inventory analytics and reporting.
• Medication Procurement Experience.
• Leadership Experience.
