About the Role
The role involves acting as a liaison for healthcare departments, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of healthcare information systems. A strong background in healthcare technology and pharmacy is essential.
Responsibilities
- Act as a business liaison to ensure issues are addressed before they become critical.
- Collaborate with healthcare departments to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain and advance healthcare information systems to meet organizational needs.
- Lead system optimization efforts to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy.
- Resolve technical issues and provide high-level customer service.
- Plan and implement electronic health record systems, ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate projects with various departments for effective communication and execution.
- Participate in maintaining project management methodologies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for healthcare applications.
- Work with teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure service levels are met.
- Plan and implement healthcare software solutions, including training and testing.
Requirements
- Certified Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician.
- Certification in relevant healthcare software required.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in pharmacy and healthcare technology support.
- Experience in implementing and supporting healthcare applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
