The role involves acting as a liaison for healthcare departments, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of healthcare information systems. A strong background in healthcare technology and pharmacy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business liaison to ensure issues are addressed before they become critical.
• Collaborate with healthcare departments to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Maintain and advance healthcare information systems to meet organizational needs.
• Lead system optimization efforts to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy.
• Resolve technical issues and provide high-level customer service.
• Plan and implement electronic health record systems, ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate projects with various departments for effective communication and execution.
• Participate in maintaining project management methodologies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for healthcare applications.
• Work with teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure service levels are met.
• Plan and implement healthcare software solutions, including training and testing.

Requirements

• Certified Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician.
• Certification in relevant healthcare software required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in pharmacy and healthcare technology support.
• Experience in implementing and supporting healthcare applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
