About the role

This role is responsible for the design, build, implementation, and support of the Epic Willow Ambulatory application, with a primary focus on retail and outpatient pharmacy operations within a complex healthcare organization. The analyst partners closely with Retail Pharmacy Operations, Pharmacy Leadership, Revenue Cycle, and IT teams to ensure efficient, scalable, and reliable medication workflows that support patient access and business continuity.

The Willow Ambulatory analyst supports retail pharmacy workflows including prescription processing, dispensing, charging, inventory, and point-of-sale–related integrations. This role operates in a high-volume, production-focused environment where system stability, turnaround time, and operational accuracy directly impact patient experience and pharmacy throughput.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, implement, and support the Epic Willow Ambulatory application
  • Collaborate with Retail Pharmacy Operations, Pharmacy Leadership, Revenue Cycle, and IT teams
  • Ensure efficient, scalable, and reliable medication workflows for patient access and business continuity
  • Support retail pharmacy workflows: prescription processing, dispensing, charging, inventory, and point-of-sale integrations
  • Maintain system stability, turnaround time, and operational accuracy in a high-volume environment

Skills

  • Epic (Epic certified)
  • Ambulatory (Epic Ambulatory, Willow Ambulatory)
  • Build and implementation of Epic applications
  • Willow Inpatient (experience a plus)

Qualifications

Expert-level experience required.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract position based in Philadelphia, PA, and is fully remote.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00 per hour. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
