Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst
About the role
This role is responsible for the design, build, implementation, and support of the Epic Willow Ambulatory application, with a primary focus on retail and outpatient pharmacy operations within a complex healthcare organization. The analyst partners closely with Retail Pharmacy Operations, Pharmacy Leadership, Revenue Cycle, and IT teams to ensure efficient, scalable, and reliable medication workflows that support patient access and business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Supports retail pharmacy workflows including prescription processing, dispensing, charging, inventory, and point of sale–related integrations
- Operates in a high volume, production-focused environment where system stability, turnaround time, and operational accuracy directly impact patient experience and pharmacy throughput

Pay
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
