Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst

Job Title: Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst Location: Remote Type: Fulltime Required Skills Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification (Mandatory)5+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory configuration, implementation, and production support.Strong experience in outpatient pharmacy workflows, including medication ordering, prescribing, medication reconciliation, refill management, formulary management, and pharmacy verification.Experience with Epic build, enhancements, upgrades, L2/L3 production support, and issue resolution.Knowledge of Epic Hyperspace/Hyperdrive and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.Strong understanding of clinical and pharmacy workflows, medication safety, and regulatory compliance.Ability to collaborate with pharmacists, physicians, nursing teams, and business stakeholders.Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Nice To Have Experience with Epic Ambulatory, Orders, or MyChart integrations.Knowledge of ePrescribing standards and medication protocols.Experience supporting Epic go-lives, system optimization, or rollout projects.Additional Epic certifications (Ambulatory, Orders, Willow Inpatient).Experience in US healthcare environments.
