Epic Tapestry Health Systems Trainer

Essential Functions

• Conducts classroom, one-on-one, virtual training, and at-the-elbow support with a primary focus on Epic and other health systems.
• Creates and maintains relevant project management documents, including work plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Participates in project teams to understand and implement the scope of work; participates in training program delivery strategy, tests the training environment, edits, assembles, and distributes course materials, and assists users with operational change management.
• Sets up classroom, training delivery, roster management, tracks completion, and handles other training-related items.
• Establishes relationships with super users and maintains ongoing communication with this group to ensure an understanding of training.

Qualifications

• Tapestry Certified Principle Trainer
• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
• Required Associate's Degree
• PREFERRED Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
• Ability to operate in the gray space
