Epic Tapestry Application Developer

About the role

Epic resource will be responsible to implement, build, maintain and optimize Epic integration systems leveraging Epic skills.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of the Epic EMR software, operations and workflow
• Work closely with the project team's clinical leaders to translate business needs into EMR functionality and Enhancements.
• Identify gaps and provide mutually agreeable solutions to close workflow gaps.
• Design, build, test, and implement Epic integration application systems.
• Work with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols.
• Provide troubleshooting and solutions to prevailing issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Healthcare and EHR experience, with a focus on Tapestry UM and Claims.
• Epic certification is required.
• Strong understanding of Tapestry workflows, clinical operations, and IT strategy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ambulatory and Inpatient experience is preferred.
• Experience contributing to EHR implementation plans scope and timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of client, team members, managers, and vendors.

Skills

• Strong hands on implementation experience in Tapestry UM and Claims.
