Epic Tapestry Application Developer

Responsibilities
- Epic resource will be responsible to implement, build, maintain and optimize Epic integration systems leveraging Epic skills.
- Knowledge of the Epic EMR software, operations and workflow, and work closely with the project team's clinical leaders to translate business needs into EMR functionality and Enhancements.
- Prior experience in working with various interfaces and related integrations.
- Work with clinics to identify gaps, provides mutually agreeable solutions to close workflow gaps.
- Involves design, building, testing, and implementation of Epic integration application systems.
- Works with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols.
- Should be able to troubleshoot the issues and provide solutions to the prevailing issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Healthcare and EHR experience, with a focus on Tapestry UM and Claims Epic experience.
- Strong hands on implementation experience in Tapestry UM and Claims.
- Tapestry UM Epic certification is required.
- Strong understanding of Tapestry workflows, clinical operations, and IT strategy.
- Ambulatory and Inpatient experience is preferred.
- Experience contributing to EHR implementation plans scope and timelines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of client, team members, managers, and vendors.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
