Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst Senior- Epic Prelude/GrandCentral

About the role

Cottage Health seeks an Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst Sr for their CH Corporate Applications department. The position is responsible for analyzing, configuring, developing, testing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining Epic revenue cycle applications, solutions, and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, configure, develop, test, implement, support, and maintain Epic revenue cycle applications, solutions, and business processes.
• Obtain and maintain in-depth knowledge of software functionality and operational workflows to be implemented.
• Areas of responsibility may include HIM, Scheduling (Cadence), Patient Access (ADT/Prelude), Hospital Billing (Resolute), Claims.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in nursing, information technology, allied health professions, business or a related field. Equivalent of 8 years of progressively responsible work experience with an emphasis in revenue cycle information applications and systems in health care, or a combination of education and experience, may be substituted for a degree.
• Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Minimum Current / Valid Epic certification for assigned application(s). Preferred RHIA.
• Technical Requirements: Minimum Working knowledge of IT solutions and interfaces, operating platforms and network software. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools. Demonstrated understanding of clinical workflows and terminology specific to appropriate revenue cycle department.
• Years of Related Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in similar clinical/revenue cycle system implementation, support, and/or project management.

Benefits

Pay for non-physician positions is determined based on related years of experience and internal equity. Eligible employees may also receive additional forms of compensation, including shift differentials, on-call pay, incentive pay, and bonus opportunities, where applicable.

Schedule

Manager and above positions may participate in Cottage Health’s annual management incentive program.

Pay

Physician compensation is determined based upon specialty and may include bonus potential.
