Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Analyst - Level 3 || 100% Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Level 3 Consultant with extensive experience in hospital reimbursement, Expected Reimbursement (ERCA), and managed care contract administration. This is a highly specialized role requiring deep expertise in reimbursement methodologies rather than standard HB build and support.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB).
• Configure and maintain Expected Reimbursement (ERCA) functionality.
• Interpret and maintain managed care reimbursement contracts.
• Configure hospital reimbursement methodologies and payment calculations.
• Analyze reimbursement workflows and optimize revenue cycle processes.
• Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, testing, go-live, and production support.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, Clinical, and IT teams to resolve billing and reimbursement issues.

Required Qualifications

• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Certification.
• Epic Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration (ERCA) Certification.
• 5+ years of Epic Resolute HB experience.
• Experience with multiple full-cycle Epic implementations.
• Strong knowledge of hospital reimbursement methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Expected Reimbursement build and maintenance.
• Experience interpreting and configuring managed care contracts.
• Strong understanding of Medicare reimbursement (MS-DRG & APC).
