Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Analyst

Remote Title: Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Analyst Interview Times / Process: Teams video interview, scheduled ASAP. Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 Months (with potential to extend based on project need) Vaccination / Background Check / Drug Test: Must pass a pre-employment drug screening. Marijuana use is a non-negotiable disqualifier regardless of state legality or medical/recreational status. Remote / On-site Requirement / Travel %: 100% Remote. Must be based in the United States and available for early East Coast meeting times. Required Skills Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification required.Strong, hands-on HB claims and billing experience, able to work independently with minimal onboarding.Prior experience supporting Epic implementations, go-lives, or modernization/refuel initiatives.Comfortable working in a fully remote capacity with a distributed project team. Desired Skills Experience with CDM and charging build specifically.Dual HB/PB experience or certification is a plus, though this role's primary focus is Hospital Billing.Experience supporting a Revenue Cycle organization at a large academic or multi-hospital health system. Day To Day Responsibilities Provide analyst-level support for Hospital Billing, including build, validation, and testing.Support the CDM and charging initiative and related HB projects.Assist with claims testing and related cross-functional involvement tied to active projects.Partner with the Hospital Billing manager and team to keep projects on track toward the end of December launch target.Maintain accurate status reporting and task tracking within the client's project management systems as required.
