Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Expected Reimbursement Contracts Analyst

The Role

Your Mission: As the Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Expected Reimbursement Contracts Analyst, you will provide intermediate system-level support for multi-user clinical and financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools. This includes installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and ongoing support of these systems.

This role requires intermediate knowledge of systems analysis, along with a comprehensive understanding of project management concepts and methodologies. You will lead and actively participate in project planning sessions, establishing clear goals, milestones, and procedures, while managing projects of varying complexity.

You will promote excellent customer service and leverage strong communication skills to support the success of all software applications. Additionally, you will partner with cross-functional departments to promote, educate, and train on current applications, while working collaboratively with Xtensys staff, clinical and operational teams, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Who You Are & What You’ll Bring

• Proven Track Record: Minimum 3 years’ experience in technology and/or healthcare or related industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing & Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts certifications are required.

Technical Savvy

• Proven experience in leveraging knowledge of Epic Foundation and Epic applications to optimize workflows and improve patient care.

Communication

• An ability to translate "tech-speak" into helpful, clear solutions for non-technical users.

Travel Requirements

Up to 25 % for implementations, Go-lives’, upgrades, etc.

Physical Readiness

• Capability for sedentary work, including sitting for long periods and occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds of force.
