- Configures, tests, maintains, and optimizes the Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) application
- Works closely with finance, revenue cycle, and operational teams to troubleshoot billing, charging, claims, and workqueue (WQ) issues
- Implements system enhancements and workflow improvements
- Provides end-user support
- Ensures billing accuracy
- Drives operational efficiency through effective Epic HB system design and maintenance
