Epic HB Analyst

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Epic HB application functionality.
• Support hospital billing workflows and resolve application issues.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Work with business and clinical teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Assist with application enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality.
• Create and maintain system documentation and support materials.

Requirements

• Epic HB Certified Required
• Hands-on experience with Epic Hospital Billing (HB)
• Experience with HB configuration, build, testing, and production support
• Strong understanding of hospital billing and revenue cycle workflows
• Experience troubleshooting issues and supporting system enhancements
• Strong communication and analytical skills
