Epic Patient Access Analyst

About the role

The Epic Patient Access Analyst is responsible for ensuring seamless patient access through Epic systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports the implementation and maintenance of Epic Patient Access processes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve patient access issues and improve patient flow.
• Ensures compliance with Epic guidelines and regulations.
• Conducts training sessions for new users on Epic Patient Access tools.

Requirements

• Epic cadence certification
• Epic referrals experience
• Epic decision tree experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Epic Patient Access or similar healthcare IT roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Strong understanding of Epic Patient Access modules and workflows.
• Experience with Epic decision trees and referral processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
