What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead efforts to resolve complex technical issues and system errors requiring cross-team collaboration
• Cook up and lead testing and validation activities for system changes, enhancements, and upgrades
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality and interoperability of EHR systems
• Oversee project planning, execution, and post-implementation support for EHR implementation projects
• Establish and enforce governance processes for EHR system management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience
• 2 years of experience working with Epic Cadence, Prelude, or Referral
• Certification in 1 or more Epic Applications is required
• Excellent analytical, organization, and verbal communication skills
