What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead efforts to resolve complex technical issues and system errors requiring cross-team collaboration
- Cook up and lead testing and validation activities for system changes, enhancements, and upgrades
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality and interoperability of EHR systems
- Oversee project planning, execution, and post-implementation support for EHR implementation projects
- Establish and enforce governance processes for EHR system management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience
- 2 years of experience working with Epic Cadence, Prelude, or Referral
- Certification in 1 or more Epic Applications is required
- Excellent analytical, organization, and verbal communication skills

- Expert understanding of healthcare business processes and technology
- Strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Project management skills, including meeting leadership and conflict resolution abilities
