Epic Financial Assistance and Estimates Senior Consultant

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking an experienced consultant to join their team and lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. This role involves collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve production support tickets efficiently.
• Identify and implement system enhancements to optimize user experience.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to improve application stability.
• Analyze complex issues and provide independent solutions.
• Support operational teams with ongoing application performance improvements.

Requirements

• Experience managing and resolving production support tickets, including troubleshooting and user support.
• Certifications or experience related to Financial Assistance and Estimates.
• Ability to prioritize and manage ticket backlogs while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Experience identifying system enhancements and optimizing workflows to boost application performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for independently resolving complex issues.
• Experience collaborating with various stakeholders to support application stability and improvements.

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually.
