Epic Certified Willow Inpatient Analyst

About the Role

We are filling several Epic Implementation positions for a Florida hospital’s internal FTE team. These roles are remote with occasional travel required for project milestones, go-live events, and other key activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Epic Willow Pharmacy-Inpatient Application systems journeyman across multiple phases of application systems analysis, design, implementation, and support.
• Define and perform moderate to complex analyses, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide information systems (IS) functionality.
• Design and customize tables and screens, build databases, and test, debug, upgrade, and document information systems’ functionality under department management’s supervision.
• Apply knowledge of process-flow analysis and major business automation functions to evaluate system needs.
• Mentor, train, and precept new hires and less experienced team members.
• Contribute to the team’s success by supporting a secure, effective, and integrated patient care delivery system that improves outcomes, reduces costs, increases efficiency, and enhances patient experiences.

Requirements

• Epic Willow Inpatient certification (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, IT management, software engineering, computer engineering, computer science, computer information systems, applied engineering, health information management (HIM), health informatics, nursing informatics, nursing, health science, education, business administration, healthcare, or a related field.
• Two (2) years of directly related professional experience.
