About the role
We are seeking an experienced Epic Cadence and Prelude Analyst to join our team on a fully remote, long-term contract basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned analyst who thrives in a complex/cutting-edge environment and has deep expertise in patient access, scheduling, and registration workflows. Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, build, test, and support Cadence and Prelude applications to optimize patient access and revenue cycle workflows.
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Epic solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to scheduling, registration, eligibility, and referrals.
- Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
- Develop and maintain documentation including build logs, test scripts, and workflow diagrams.
- Provide end-user support and training as needed during go-lives and stabilizations.
- Participate in on-call rotation for production support (as required).
Requirements
- Active Epic Cadence and Prelude certifications (current or within the last 12 months).
- 5+ years of hands-on Epic Cadence and/or Prelude build and support experience.
- Proven track record of full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
- Strong understanding of patient access workflows including appointment scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and referrals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision.
