Epic Analyst (Cadence, Grand Central, and Prelude)

Required Skills Certified Generalist in all areas We are seeking a Certified Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Grand Central Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Epic's scheduling, registration, and patient flow applications. The analyst will work closely with operational and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, build system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and support project initiatives across the healthcare enterprise. Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Grand Central applications. Collaborate with end users and leadership to analyze business processes and recommend system improvements. Perform system build, testing, validation, and documentation for upgrades and enhancement projects. Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and workflow troubleshooting. Participate in integrated testing, go-live support, and end-user training activities. Ensure adherence to Epic standards, change management processes, and organizational policies. Qualifications Current Epic certifications in Cadence, Prelude, and Grand Central required.
