Epic Cadence/Decision Trees Analyst

Our customer is seeking an Epic Cadence/Decision Trees Analyst to support a backlog of existing work and potentially assist with upcoming projects. This role involves providing Epic cadence build, troubleshooting, and testing support to the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Epic Cadence, CRM, and Decision Trees.
• Create end-user documentation, including training materials and report writing within managed systems.
• Participate in operational workflow validation, including requirements, specifications, and end-user acceptance.
• Lead software upgrades and testing from an application perspective, including test plan creation and validation.
• Coordinate software updates and changes, review and test new releases, and report application system testing results.
• Perform periodic checks to ensure data is entered and retrieved correctly.
• Provide backfill support to FTEs or support net new initiatives across the Epic Cadence environment.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience with clinical application development and user support in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with Epic’s Cadence Module (including CRM and Decision Trees).
• Experience with clinical system upgrades, implementations, and support (Epic preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel with pivot tables, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word).
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management and control.
• Ability to communicate ideas and provide solutions effectively.
• Experience working with people in other departments or outside the enterprise.
• Proficiency in at least one clinical application.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00 per hour. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent factors.

This is a contract position based in Atlanta, GA, and is fully remote.
