Epic Analyst III - Epic Beaker AP

Job Description

To participate in the analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing support of software critical to healthcare operations.

To maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

To optimize performance to ensure the system effectively supports healthcare operations.

To stay current on technological advancements and adapt to new developments.

To provide ongoing system support through on-call duties, monitoring, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field and six (6) years of healthcare application support experience required.
• Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
• Epic certification in area of support or certification obtained within 12 weeks of completing Epic training with no more than two (2) testing attempts required.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated knowledge of Anatomic Pathology workflows, including: Surgical Pathology, Cytology, Autopsy Grossing workflows, Specimen accessioning and tracking, Synoptic reporting, Case sign-out and result distribution, Epic Beaker AP (Anatomic Pathology) Certification.
• Understanding of laboratory regulatory requirements.
