Epic Beaker AP Analyst

About the role

Partner with business and technical teams to deliver application solutions that support operational goals in a healthcare IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and lead application implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives from planning through deployment
• Analyze workflows, identify process improvements, and recommend technology solutions
• Provide subject matter expertise, user guidance, and ongoing system support
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, manage timelines, and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Mentor team members and contribute to continuous process and technology improvements
• Participate in application support and issue resolution activities as needed

Requirements

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active Epic Beaker Certification required
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical applications, systems analysis, or related technology roles
• Experience gathering requirements, implementing enterprise applications, and supporting business processes
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, application integrations, and workflow optimization
• Strong project coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with HL7 and healthcare data exchange concepts is a plus
