Epi/Z4 Operator
Responsibilities
The role encompasses several key areas of responsibility, including:
- Safety: wearing all required PPE, respecting safety systems, maintaining training certifications, preventing injuries, and reporting safety concerns
- Quality: following work instructions, maintaining data integrity, handling products with care, and reporting near misses
- Productivity: maintaining break schedules, following dispatch lists, and keeping production moving
- Reliability: adhering to departmental expectations for attendance and punctuality
- Teamwork: communicating professionally, handling differences with respect, and offering constructive feedback
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Less than 1 year of related experience
- Ability to read and interpret specifications, maintain records, use basic arithmetic, and use material measurement equipment
- Strong teaming skills and ability to communicate professionally
- Ability to read, understand, and speak English
- Ability to use PC software, including Webmail, to collaborate with coworkers, vendors, and contractors
Working Conditions
The role requires working in a class 100/1000 clean room for extended periods, wearing full cleanroom attire, and working with and/or around chemicals. The position also involves working 12-hour compressed shifts, standing for up to 6 hours at a time, lifting up to 6-10 pounds, and pushing/pulling up to 16-30 pounds.
