Temp Epi/Z4 Operator

Responsibilities

The primary duties of this role include:

• Safety: Wear all required PPE, respect safety systems, maintain training certifications, prevent injuries, and report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Quality: Follow work instructions and procedures, maintain data integrity, handle products with care, and report near misses.
• Productivity: Maintain break schedules, follow dispatch lists, and keep production moving.
• Reliability: Adhere to department's reliability expectations regarding attendance and punctuality.
• Teamwork: Communicate professionally, handle differences in a professional manner, and offer and accept constructive feedback.

Requirements

This role requires:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Less than 1 year of related experience
• Ability to read and interpret specifications, maintain records, use basic arithmetic, and use material measurement equipment
• Strong teaming skills and ability to communicate professionally with all departments at all levels
• Ability to read, understand, and speak English
• Ability to use PC software including Webmail to collaborate with coworkers, vendors, contractors, etc.

Working Conditions

This role involves working in a class 100/1000 clean room for extended periods, wearing full cleanroom attire, and working with and/or around chemicals. The schedule consists of 12 hour compressed shifts (alternate between 3 and 4 shifts per week).

Physical Requirements

This role requires standing for up to 6 hours at a time, lifting up to 6-10 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 16-30 pounds, and sitting for up to 3 hours at a time.
