Summary Of Job Description
The Help Desk Tech (PAWS) serves as the single point of contact for all technology-related problems encountered by PRG associates and ensures satisfactory customer service. This position responds to incoming telephone, voice mail, email, chat, and in-person requests for assistance from associates experiencing problems with hardware, software, network, and other computer-related technology.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and prioritize all problems and either resolve the problems or escalate the situation to the appropriate IS associate for resolution.
- Log and track all calls using the ticket tracking system.
- Follow up on outstanding calls and open tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma required; working towards college degree.
- Demonstrated interest in technology and some relevant work experience.
- Successfully complete initial and periodic trainings.
- Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

Pay
Pay Range: S3: $24.00 - $30.50 / Hour Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
