About the Role
The EPC Preconstruction Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the preconstruction phase of projects, ensuring that all aspects are meticulously planned and executed to meet client expectations and project goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preconstruction process for EPC projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop project scopes and budgets.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project proposals to clients.
- Cook up with subcontractors and suppliers for project planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in preconstruction or project management.
