EPC Preconstruction Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Coordinates design activities with consultants, subcontractors, and clients
- Works with the Group Leader of Preconstruction to develop best-in-class Preconstruction services
- Keeps project leadership informed of open or unresolved design issues and tracks design and cost changes
- Organizes the team to meet necessary project deliverables
- Presents the benefits of Faith Technologies Preconstruction Services to clients
- Maintains the Project Status Report (PSR), Task Item Analysis (TIA), Roles & Responsibilities Tracker, RACI, and Preconstruction Cost reports to monitor project progress
- Develops project designs, cost estimates, and value engineering solutions
- Supports the Project Manager in ensuring construction activities comply with specifications, codes, and customer requirements
- Collaborates with the Procurement Team to develop the project procurement schedule and needs
- Manages the development of project proposals to clients
- Provides guidance to project managers during the design phase
- Transitions control of the project to the Project Manager during the construction phase
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 10 years of design build or EPC construction leadership experience or emphasis on MEP coordination
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 10 years of relevant experience. Travel is expected to be 15-25%, and the work schedule is between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday, with occasional flexibility to meet business needs.
Skills
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with BIM/3D modeling software is preferred.

Pay
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
