EPC Preconstruction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinates design activities with consultants, subcontractors, and clients
• Works with the Group Leader of Preconstruction to develop best-in-class Preconstruction services
• Keeps project leadership informed of open or unresolved design issues and tracks design and cost changes
• Organizes the team to meet necessary project deliverables
• Presents the benefits of Faith Technologies Preconstruction Services to clients
• Maintains the Project Status Report (PSR), Task Item Analysis (TIA), Roles & Responsibilities Tracker, RACI, and Preconstruction Cost reports to monitor project progress
• Develops project designs, cost estimates, and value engineering solutions
• Supports the Project Manager in ensuring construction activities comply with specifications, codes, and customer requirements
• Collaborates with the Procurement Team to develop the project procurement schedule and needs
• Manages the development of project proposals to clients
• Provides guidance to project managers during the design phase
• Transitions control of the project to the Project Manager during the construction phase

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 10 years of design build or EPC construction leadership experience or emphasis on MEP coordination

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 10 years of relevant experience. Travel is expected to be 15-25%, and the work schedule is between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday, with occasional flexibility to meet business needs.

Skills

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with BIM/3D modeling software is preferred.

Pay

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
