Supervise and Coordinate
- Supervise and coordinate nursing care for residents
- Aid the Director of Nursing and Unit Manager with staffing and hiring
- Provide clinical leadership and ensure compliance with care standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care plans
- Maintain quality measures and participate in improvement initiatives
- Support staff education and training as needed
Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Georgia
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work every other weekend (EOW) on night shifts
