About the role
The Environmental Service Team Lead will lead the work of Environmental Services employees in the absence of the supervisor. They will maintain the Hospital's environment to be clean and safe, and demonstrate mission, vision, and values of the Hospital by showing courteous and professional behavior towards patients, physicians, visitors, volunteers, and other employees.
Responsibilities
- Leading the work of others
- Scheduling
- Cleaning floors; damp dusting furniture and fixtures
- Making and cleaning patient beds; cleaning and emptying ash urns and waste receptacles
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
