Environmental Services (Housekeeping), Lead

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Affords support to the Environmental Services Manager in overseeing daily Environmental Services operations.
• Directs Environmental Services workers by assigning duties to crew members and creating daily assignment sheets.
• Safeguards chemicals and materials used for facility upkeep according to Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and ensures workers are using them safely.
• Inspects completed work to ensure adherence to standards.
• Submits maintenance request orders for repairs and damages.
• Maintains compliance with facility rules, regulations, policies, and safety requirements.
• Participates in departmental training, coaching, and counseling.
• Fulfills safety guidelines and maintains a safe working environment.
• Adheres to policies set by Legends Global and the Environmental Services Department.
• Attends weekly staff meetings and monthly safety meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of custodial or environmental services experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Physical Demands

• Regularly stands, uses hands and fingers to handle or feel equipment, reaches with hands and arms, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls.
• Regularly lifts and/or moves up to 100 pounds.
• Works in both indoor and outdoor settings, subject to adverse conditions.
