Environmental Services Director

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license as appropriate and acceptable driving record that meets BHS requirements.
• Two (2) years of building maintenance experience.
• Possess or have ability to obtain a minimum of a Special boiler's license for campuses utilizing boilers.
• Understanding of basic mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Preferred:

• Associate's Degree in the Building Maintenance field.
• Previous experience in a health care setting.
• Five (5) years of manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the selection, training, development, and performance of the department's staff.
• Manages the department's budget and participates in the strategic planning for the community.
• Manages maintenance, general repairs, and construction work to the facility and general repairs to the residents' equipment.
