Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services (EVS) Manager 2 for Huntington Hospital. The role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on ensuring a safe, clean, and exceptional environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

What You'll Do

• Drive client and patient satisfaction scores
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff
• Work closely with the Infectious Control department
• Lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives
• Effectively manage the Unit Operating System
• Support a diverse and inclusive workforce

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Education Requirement: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading, training, and managing a team
• Strong customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a hospital environment
• Effective project management skills within agreed-upon timelines
• Proficiency with computers and other technology
• The ability to speak Spanish is preferred
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, with a rotating weekend schedule and some holidays
