Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2

About the role

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 with UK Health - St. Francis located in Topeka, KS. This position operates on a 2:30pm - 12:00am, Sunday-Thursday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff
• Works closely with the Infectious Control department
• Lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives
• Effectively manage the Unit Operating System
• Maintain compliance and reach project target dates of completion
• Support a diverse and inclusive workforce

Requirements

• Experience leading, training and managing a team
• A leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service delivery
• Customer service and guest satisfaction focus in a healthcare or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently to drive programs
• Experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
• Results and safety driven
• Proficiency with computers and other technology

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
