Initial Placement & Total Rewards

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Maintains General Cleaning

• Maintains general cleaning of the entire casino, front of house bar areas and public space of the hotel excluding kitchens.
• Cleans all offices and public restrooms.
• Transports all trash.
• Cleans up after all special events.
• Maintains front entry way and Porte Cohere.
• Reports any problems to EVS Supervisor.

• Adheres to all company, department policies, procedures and safety standards.

Customer Service & Teamwork

• Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow team members.
• Any and all duties as assigned by your Supervisor or a member of management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Prefer previous experience cleaning commercial property.

Physical Demands

• Regularly stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

Vision Abilities

• Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

• Occasional exposure to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather conditions.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually noisy.
