Environmental Program Planner

About the role

Aid the full-time Tidelands staff appraiser with work assignment management and report/data upload.

Responsibilities

• Track and assign work to hourly appraisers.
• Upload required appraisal review reports and data into the database.
• Act as a liaison between Tidelands case managers, applicants, and Appraisal Unit staff.
• Prepare correspondence such as emails and letters for ordering appraisals or providing guidance.
• Utilize various electronic and manual recording systems, including GIS and GPS.

Requirements

• Familiarity with coastal environments (urban, suburban, and rural).
• Experience with appraisal work and/or geography is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
