What You’ll Do
- Support and improve plant safety programs and OSHA compliance
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Deliver safety training to production and leadership teams
- Partner with operations to identify and mitigate hazards
- Maintain safety documentation and compliance reporting
- Support emergency preparedness and contractor safety programs
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of EHS or Safety experience in manufacturing (food manufacturing a plus)
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety management systems
- Experience with incident investigation and safety training
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or related field preferred
- Safety certifications (ASP, CSP, CHST, OHST) a plus
- Experience with GMPs, HACCP, or SQF is beneficial
- Bilingual a plus
