Responsibilities
- Lead all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, incident investigations, and root cause analysis
- Lead employee safety training and Safety Committee initiatives
- Possess strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry (29 CFR 1910), environmental compliance, and manufacturing safety
- Partner with Operations and Engineering to identify hazards and improve workplace safety
- Drive safety culture, continuous improvement, and plant transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience
- 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry (29 CFR 1910), environmental compliance, and manufacturing safety
- Experience with audits, incident investigations, regulatory compliance, and safety training
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: CSP, ASP, CHMM, or CIH certification, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 experience.
