Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, incident investigations, and root cause analysis
• Lead employee safety training and Safety Committee initiatives
• Possess strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry (29 CFR 1910), environmental compliance, and manufacturing safety
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to identify hazards and improve workplace safety
• Drive safety culture, continuous improvement, and plant transformation initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience
• 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry (29 CFR 1910), environmental compliance, and manufacturing safety
• Experience with audits, incident investigations, regulatory compliance, and safety training
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Preferred: CSP, ASP, CHMM, or CIH certification, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 experience.
